Responsible for pitching Landbot products and services to clients, assisting and closing the sale. In addition, you are responsible for designing and executing sales strategies with the aim of increasing sales and identifying new business opportunities. Your goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with the customers.

 

Main functions 🚀

  • Develop a growth strategy, build a market position by defining, negotiating and closing business and promote company’s solution to prospects

  • Conduct successful business meetings, including a demo session of our platform, with prospective clients already arranged by our inside sales team

  • Manage the database of Qualified Prospects provided by SDR.

  • Empathize with the Qualified Prospects (knowing about them, taking care of them, etc).

  • Master the Landbot platform and stay up to date with new features.

  • Assist the client during the trial period.

  • Turn sales opportunities into customers.

  • Optimizing, managing and operationally implementing our business development and sales strategy.

  • Utilizing customer insights in order to influence marketing and product decisions.

  • Contributing to the overall success of our business development and sales team and supporting your colleagues to achieve their best.

  • Build, maintain, and manage client relationships.

  • Create and execute strategies to gain account intelligence and develop business with new and existing clients.

Requirements

 

  • Has a proven track record of at least 2 years of work experience in B2B sales related positions.

  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.

  • High level of communication skills: Being able to communicate without problems verbal and written, creating a bond of trust and respect with the client.

  • Proven experience conducting meetings through video-conference tools (and feel comfortable about it)

  • Resourcefulness: being able to solve conflicts and problems in an autonomous and effective way in the shortest possible time.

  • Excellent negotiation skills: You should prepare for negotiations with clients, as well as review the documentation treated with them to avoid unforeseen events.

  • Tech-savvy (skilled with technologies and software use/navigation, since they will need to conduct demo sessions of our platform)

  • Fluent verbal and written in English and Spanish.
