Landbot is a no-code chatbot builder that empowers non-technical users to automate lead generation, customer support, product recommendations, and other business processes.

In three years, Landbot has gone from a chatbot builder MVP to a product with thousands of recurring customers from across the world. This is possible thanks to our builder, a centerpiece of the product, which allows non-technical people to build engaging conversational experiences.

The opportunity

We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our growing Data Team and help us democratize the usage of data across the organization.

If you are:

  • A data-savvy engineer or a software-savvy analyst, with experience designing, implementing and maintaining reliable data assets using the modern data stack,
  • Excited about enabling Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and other stakeholders to exploit the wealth of data we currently collect to improve our customers' experiences,
  • Up-to-date with modern analytics paradigms (ELT, Data Lakehouse, Data Mesh) and tools (Snowflake, Bigquery, dbt, reverse ETL, Looker, Mode, Metabase, etc.,)
  • Always looking for the right solution for the problem at hand, irrespective of how fancy it looks,

Your challenge

  • You will partner with our internal customers and your peers in the Data Team to build and maintain high quality data assets
  • You will optimize our data assets and pipelines to minimize cost and optimize performance
  • You're fond of DevOps and DataOps principles, and you will partner with Data Analysts and Data Scientists to enable data democratization across the organization
  • You will set the foundations for the development of advanced data-products to support our customer's needs

Job requirements

  • 2+ years experience in this or a related role (BI Engineer, Data Engineer, DBA), preferably at a SaaS startup
  • Proven record developing data solutions on top of Cloud services and technologies, preferably in AWS or Google Cloud
  • Proficiency in SQL and DML, preferably in BigQuery Standard SQL
  • Advanced knowledge of common data models and modern data warehouse features (partitioning, clustering, RBAC)
  • Experience with data governance, privacy regulations and compliance tools
  • Eagerness to learn and to continuously improve our codebase, processes and assets
