Landbot is a no-code communication automation platform that empowers non-technical users to automate business processes through conversational experiences. COVID19 is accelerating digitalization at both the consumer and enterprise level, so the adoption of communication automation solutions therefore is skyrocketing.

In three years Landbot has gone from a chatbot builder MVP to a product with thousands of recurring customers who use it daily to get more and better leads across the whole world. This is possible thanks to our builder, a centerpiece of the product, which allows non-technical people to build engaging conversational experiences.


We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join the Landbot team.

You will work in the Marketing team to develop the customer journey, define landmarks along the way, and execute programs that drive acquisition, activation, retention and expansion.

  • Develop the customer journey map
  • Gain team alignment with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Sales
  • Design and execute ABM initiatives with a focus on lead generation and conversion
  • Design and execute customer marketing initiatives with a focus on activation and revenue expansion
  • Support the Sales and Customer Success in achieving their goals

Job requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a Marketing position

  • Track record of successful collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams on marketing initiatives that drive revenue

  • Extensive experience with marketing automation tools

  • Detail oriented and organized

  • Team player with strong communication skills

  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
