Product Marketing Manager

Landbot is a no-code communication automation platform that empowers non-technical users to automate business processes through conversational experiences. COVID19 is accelerating digitalization at both the consumer and enterprise level, so the adoption of communication automation solutions therefore is skyrocketing.

In three years Landbot has gone from a chatbot builder MVP to a product with thousands of recurring customers who use it daily to get more and better leads across the whole world. This is possible thanks to our builder, a centerpiece of the product, which allows non-technical people to build engaging conversational experiences.


We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the Landbot team.

You will work in the Marketing team and collaborate closely with the Product and Sales teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and marketing and sales collateral that resonates with our target buyer personas.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our product and our customers
  • Translate technical details into benefits for our users
  • Follow and analyze market trends
  • Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)
  • Create product related long-form content (customer stories, case studies, white papers)
  • Support our sales channels with training on the problems we solve for our customers
  • Develop internal sales tools and external sales collateral.

Job requirements

  • English native

  • Excellent copywriting skills

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B Product Marketing

  • Detail oriented and organized

  • Team player with strong communication skills
