The Opportunity: Architect Our New Growth Engine

This isn't just another marketing role; it's an opportunity to be a key driver of Landbot's next chapter of growth. We are looking for a data-driven and strategically-minded Demand Generation Lead to spearhead our most critical marketing initiative: attracting and acquiring our ideal customer profile (ICP).

You will take full ownership of our acquisition funnel, from strategy to execution. Your mission is to significantly increase the volume and percentage of qualified, tech-savvy users ("Michaels") signing up for Landbot. You will have the autonomy to rebuild our channel strategy, collaborate with agencies/freelancers, and work cross-functionally to ensure that our message, targeting, and results are perfectly aligned.

If you are obsessed with data, love the challenge of cracking the code to a new audience, and want to make a tangible impact on a company's trajectory, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Strategy & Analytics (40%):

    • Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy with the primary goal of acquiring our target ICP.

    • Analyze our full marketing and sales funnel, from first touch to revenue, identifying key drop-off points and opportunities for optimization.

    • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including MQLs, SQLs, Signup Quality Score, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and influence on MRR.

    • Live in our analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Chartmogul etc.) to provide actionable insights and drive data-informed decisions.

  • Channel Management & Execution (40%):

    • Manage and direct our paid media agency, setting the strategy, budget, and targets for channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, G2, etc.

    • Collaborate with our SEO agency and content team to ensure our organic strategy is laser-focused on attracting a technical audience with high-intent keywords.

    • Oversee the creation and A/B testing of high-performing landing pages, ad copy, and creative assets to maximize conversion rates.

    • Explore, test, and scale new acquisition channels that resonate with tech-savvy GTM professionals.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%):

    • Work closely with our Product Marketing Manager to deeply understand the "Michael" persona and translate their pain points into compelling campaign messaging.

    • Partner with our Content & Community Lead to distribute technical content (tutorials, webinars, case studies) through the most effective channels.

    • Align with the Sales team to ensure a smooth MQL/SQL handoff process and gather feedback on lead quality.

    • Provide foundational support for partner marketing initiatives, running co-marketing campaigns with our key agency partners.

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS demand generation role, with a strong preference for experience in a Product-Led Growth (PLG) environment.

  • Proven, demonstrable experience creating and executing successful marketing campaigns that target technical or tech-savvy audiences (e.g., developers, data analysts, marketing ops, sales ops).

  • Deep expertise in managing performance marketing channels, especially Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a strong understanding of bidding strategies, targeting, and measurement.

  • Exceptional data analysis skills. You are comfortable manipulating data, building reports, and translating complex datasets into clear, strategic insights. Proficiency with GA4, product analytics (Amplitude preferred), CRM and BI (Google Data studio) tools is essential.

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to operate at both 10,000 feet (strategy) and 10 feet (execution).

  • Experience managing agency relationships to drive performance and accountability.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; you can clearly articulate your strategy and results to stakeholders across the company.

  • We require eligibility to work in Spain and are also open to collaboration agreements.

  • Full professional fluency in Spanish and English.

Bonus Points For

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like ActiveCampaign, Encharge, or Hubspot.

  • Familiarity with the conversational AI, chatbot, or workflow automation industry.

  • A solid understanding of SEO principles and how content drives organic growth.
