Growth Designer & Community

  • Remote, Hybrid
    • Barcelona, Catalunya [Cataluña], Spain
  • Marketing

Job description

Landbot is an AI-first SaaS company building AI Agents that help businesses deliver exceptional experiences to their users. We're growing our Growth team and looking for a Growth Designer & Community who is as comfortable shipping a landing page on Monday as moderating a community thread on Friday.

This is not a design support role. You own the creative output of the Growth team — you design, prototype, and publish the pieces the team needs week after week, and you own our user community end to end. You'll work across landing pages, campaign microsites, visual sequences, interactive formats, and community channels, and you'll be expected to move fast, ship imperfect versions, and iterate. You'll report to the Head of Growth and work closely with Product, Engineering, Paid Media, and SEO.

What you'll do

Drive creative production

  • Design, prototype, and publish the pieces the Growth team needs sprint after sprint — landing pages, campaign microsites, visual sequences, interactive formats. You do the work, you don't direct others doing it.

  • Support cross-functional creative needs: ad variants for Paid Media, visual formats for SEO, event assets for the events team. You're the internal creative resource.

  • Run a weekly pulse with the Head of Growth to prioritize the production queue against open experiments for the quarter.

Own the Landbot user community

  • Moderate and activate our community channels. The community is yours — you manage it end to end.

  • Measure engagement, generate conversation, and bring signal back to the team.

Design digital experiences across the funnel

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to iterate on the signup experience, assisted onboarding, and key activation moments.

  • You don't define the roadmap — you execute the experiments.

Job requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in hybrid roles combining design, content production, or community in digital environments. We're not looking for a pure designer or a pure community manager — we're looking for someone who lives comfortably at the intersection.

  • A portfolio that demonstrates pieces shipped, not just conceived. Cases where you did the work, not directed it.

  • Tools: fluent in Figma, familiar with Webflow or similar, comfortable with community tools (Slack, Circle, Discord), working knowledge of analytics (GA, Mixpanel or similar). Heavy AI user to accelerate production.

  • Maker mindset: preference for shipping imperfect versions fast over perfecting slowly.

  • Professional Spanish and English.

Strong differentiators

  • Experience running or growing online communities in B2B SaaS or tech.

  • Hands-on experience with Webflow (building and publishing, not just designing).

  • Familiarity with growth experimentation frameworks and how creative supports them.

  • Experience with no-code or interactive content tools.

What success looks like

  • The Growth team's creative velocity doesn't depend on external favors — briefs turn into published pieces fast.

  • The community is active: monthly active members, participation ratios, and community NPS are moving in the right direction.

  • Experiments run on time with assets ready — you're not the bottleneck.

  • The digital experiences you own convert and engage — you track the metrics and iterate.

Hiring process

  1. HR screen — 20 min. Get to know each other, validate experience and logistics.

  2. Portfolio review & practical test — (async). We'll share a brief for a real Growth scenario. The output is a published or prototype piece plus a short Loom walkthrough of your process and decisions.

  3. Role interview & team fit — 60 min. We'll go deeper on your portfolio, your community approach, and how you'd work within the Growth team. We'll also review the practical test output together.

  4. Culture check with Founders — 20 min.

Benefits
