Your Role 🧑‍🔬

As a Senior Product Manager at Landbot, you'll contribute to creating intuitive and engaging conversational experiences for thousands of companies throughout their customer lifecycle. You'll achieve this by:

  • Discovering Opportunities

    Identify problems aligned with the product strategy and company OKRs, turning them into business opportunities and outcomes.

  • Establishing Direction

    Define a clear and strong North Star, aligning key stakeholders with your vision. The better context you provide, the more successful you’ll be.

    Define goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key results

  • Delivering Solutions

    Leading a cross-functional team to ensure alignment, execution, and successful product outcomes

    • Refining and planning solutions.

    • Driving maximum impact based on data analysis, market research, and company strategy

    • Anticipating risks, making tradeoffs and balancing the business needs, customer needs, versus technical or operational constraints

    • Researching and validating ideas.

    • Defining delivery scope.

    • Ensuring quality and testing.

    • Iterating on solutions.

Job requirements

What We Are Looking For 🦄

  • A proven track record of 4+ years working in a B2B SaaS company.

  • Highly creative and skilled at solving complex problems balancing user experience, engineering, and business needs.

  • Solid experience collaborating with engineers and product designers in product trio setups.

  • Strong ability to build a business case and rally support to execute it.

  • Expertise in combining qualitative and quantitative analysis during discovery processes.

  • A proactive team player, removes bottlenecks and makes collaboration seamless.

  • Experience with AI, checkout & invoicing processes, and GTM strategies to prove Product Market Fit.

  • Legality to work in Spain

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

Nice to Have 🍰

  • Experience with messaging, no-code, or AI products.

  • UI/UX design skills.

Hiring Process

1️⃣ HR + Hiring Manager: Introduction and validation of details, experience, and company fit (30 minutes).

2️⃣ Challenge: Solve a tailored product management exercise to showcase your problem-solving skills and approach (1 week).

3️⃣ Interview with the Team: Meet the engineering and design team to discuss your challenge, technical perspective, and collaboration style (120 minutes).

4️⃣ Meet the CEO: Final chat to align on vision and fit (15 minutes).
