As our Senior Content Marketing Manager, you'll be the strategic architect AND primary executor of our content marketing efforts. This is a hands-on role where you'll spend 60-70% of your time creating content yourself while building and directing our overall content strategy. You'll be instrumental in our shift toward acquiring "Michael" - our ICP of tech-savvy GTM professionals who need sophisticated automation solutions.
Responsibilities
Content Strategy & SEO Leadership (20%)
Design and execute content strategies targeting GTM professionals (RevOps, Marketing/Sales Ops, Growth Marketing) in companies. with complex lead management needs.
Own and define our SEO strategy, directing our agency partners on implementation while maintaining strategic control.
Develop topic clusters and content pillars focused on technical automation, lead qualification, and GTM optimization.
Create content roadmaps that directly support demand generation and drive qualified "Michael" signups.
Customer Research & Voice of Customer (20%)
Conduct regular customer research and participate in interviews with customers to plan engaging content.
Transform customer insights into content that addresses real technical pain points.
Collaborate with Customer Success to identify content gaps based on support tickets and user feedback.
Maintain a content feedback loop with Sales to understand objections and buyer questions.
Hands-On Content Creation (40%)
Write 4-6 high-quality pieces monthly, including technical guides, integration tutorials, and thought leadership.
Transform complex technical features (APIs, webhooks, automation workflows) into compelling narratives that resonate with sophisticated buyers.
Create MOFU content assets (ROI calculators, templates, comparison guides) that accelerate pipeline velocity.
Develop case studies and success stories showcasing advanced use cases in high-ticket industries (Financial Services, Automotive, Telco, Education, Home services etc).
Distribution & Collaboration (20%)
Execute multi-channel distribution strategies beyond owned channels (communities, partnerships, social media).
Collaborate closely with Paid Ads agency/RevOps to create landing pages and ad copy that convert technical audiences.
Partner with Product and Support teams to create technical documentation and feature announcements.
Work with our inhouse Content Writer to maintain consistent output while elevating content quality.
Coordinate with external SEO/content agencies to maximize impact while maintaining strategic direction.
Job requirements
3/5+ years in B2B SaaS content marketing, with proven experience targeting technical GTM audiences (RevOps, Marketing Ops, Demand Gen professionals).
Prolific content creator with portfolio demonstrating technical content writing ability - you must be hands-on and able to produce 6-8 quality pieces monthly.
Technical empathy: Ability to understand and explain automation concepts, APIs, webhooks, and MarTech integrations without being a developer.
SEO expertise: Proven experience with keyword research, SERP analysis, topic clustering, and on-page optimization - must be able to direct agency partners strategically.
Data-driven mindset: Comfortable with data analytic tools, and connecting content metrics directly to pipeline and revenue impact.
Tool proficiency: Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Webflow , SEMrush/Ahrefs, Notion.
Written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish - both languages are essential for our market.
Lean team experience: Track record of thriving in small teams where strategic thinking must balance with daily execution.
GTM ecosystem knowledge: Understanding of CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), automation platforms (Zapier, Make), and how modern revenue teams operate.
Project management skills: Ability to juggle multiple content initiatives, manage external agencies, and collaborate cross-functionally while maintaining quality and deadlines.
Eligibility to work in Spain.
Bonus extra
Experience in conversational AI, chatbot, or automation industries.
Background in Product-Led Growth (PLG).
Understanding of high-ticket B2C sales cycles (Automotive, Real Estate, Insurance).
Community building or developer relations experience.
